Brand identity, poster design 2012
A simple brand identity and promotional posters for the Baltimore-based alternative rock band, The Vault.







Concept


This logo design and poster design for the Baltimore-based band, The Vault, forwards an interplay of symbolism, geometry, and typographic refinement. The logo cleverly integrates the form of an ornate key within the letter “V,” blending the band's identity and with themes of mystery, exclusivity, and intrigue. Alluding also to architectural portals and vaulted structures create both visual metaphor and clean, messaging. The bold typography effectively positions the band with a distinctive, memorable visual presence, ideal for capturing audience interest in a competitive music scene.
